You’ll design and run the automated systems that power talent acquisition end-to-end—scaling pipeline generation, market insights, referrals, interview readiness, and data integrity. If you read a messy process and instantly start “vibe coding” a cleaner system, you’ll feel right at home.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build automated sourcing “bots” and workflows that consistently generate qualified, interested candidates across multiple concurrent roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create multi-channel outreach sequences, quality dashboards, and continuous optimization loops to improve response and conversion rates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop a market intelligence “tripwire” system that monitors competitor hiring signals, talent movements, and comp trends with real-time Slack alerts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build an internal referral/backchannel system that maps employee networks and surfaces warm intro opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Automate interviewer and candidate prep (prep packets, interview guides, triggered comms, calendar/ATS integrations) to improve the interview experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Redesign and improve the careers site with strong storytelling, realistic job previews, and conversion-optimized application flows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement ATS data integrity checks, exception reporting, validation rules, and cleanup workflows to keep recruiting data reliable</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to whiteboard and explain how you would implement the automation projects described above (systems thinking + practical execution)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1+ year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter (you deeply understand pipeline mechanics and candidate experience)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong recruiting operations foundation (ATS hygiene, process design, reporting, stakeholder enablement)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort building scrappy, connected “systems” (not isolated point solutions) and iterating quickly based on user feedback</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); and ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this will not be considered</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High ownership, high pace, and availability beyond a strict 9–5 mindset when hiring needs require it</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building automation with tools like Clay, Cursor, Claude/AI coding tools, v0, Zapier/Make, Airtable, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic scripting or data skills (e.g., Python/JS, APIs, webhooks, SQL) to connect tools reliably</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience improving or rebuilding a careers site (SEO/AEO, conversion, content/storytelling)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to talent market intel, comp benchmarking, or competitor monitoring workflows</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">ATS (Greenhouse/Lever or similar), Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana (or similar), Clay, automation platforms (Zapier/Make), Airtable/Notion, dashboards/BI (Looker/Tableau/Sheets), APIs/webhooks, AI build tools (Cursor/Claude/v0)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Please NOTE</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
