<p><strong><u>CHICAGO OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/PROJECT ASSISTANT</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP is seeking a Receptionist/Project Assistant with two to four years of office experience to join our growing Chicago office and become an integral part of the firm's administrative support team.</strong> This role performs a wide variety of administrative tasks while demonstrating the ability to exercise good judgment, multi-task, and meet deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; a 37.5-hour work week. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic, stimulating, collaborative, and highly dedicated work environment built on collegiality and respect. The firm provides benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability.
