Our model relies entirely on PPC and inbound marketing—no cold calling, no cold texting. We’re building a team of elite closers who can convert motivated, warm leads into signed contracts consistently and efficiently.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, fully remote Acquisition Closer position. You will work directly with inbound seller leads, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with motivated homeowners.
This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking results-driven professionals motivated by financial growth and committed to building a long-term career in real estate.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
- Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound seller leads
- Present competitive offers and negotiate contracts
- Follow up consistently until agreements are secured
- Build rapport and identify seller motivation
- Conduct phone-based appointments and manage communication
- Maintain accurate lead updates in Podio CRM daily
- Collaborate with disposition and transaction teams to ensure smooth closings
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring high-level closers who know how to move deals forward and finish strong.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or flipping preferred
- Former athletes and veterans encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years of phone sales or high-ticket closing experience required
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
- Self-motivated and receptive to coaching
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Podio experience preferred
- Professional, accountable, and reliable
- Able to perform in a high-pressure sales environment

Compensation
First 120 Days: $3,000/month Draw + Commission
- $3,000 monthly draw against future commissions

- 15% of closed deal revenue
- Expected monthly earnings: $10,500 – $22,500+ based on performance
Compensation is performance-based. The more you close, the more you earn. High producers are rewarded with no ceiling on earnings.
