As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of our aircraft, as well as the timely and accurate delivery of baggage and cargo. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position, but also one that offers a rewarding and dynamic work environment. Safely and efficiently load and unload aircraft with baggage and cargo. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of baggage and cargo to designated areas. Work closely with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations. Keep a keen eye for any potential hazards or obstructions on the ramp and report them immediately. Follow all company guidelines and regulations regarding baggage handling and loading procedures. Ensure proper handling and storage of baggage and cargo to prevent damage or loss. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and assist with any inquiries or concerns. Keep the ramp area clean and organized at all times. Operate ground service equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Complete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attend all required training sessions and stay updated on any changes or updates in procedures.
