About the Role
We are hiring experienced fixed income professionals to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on real-world trading workflows. You'll work directly with researchers to improve how AI models reason about bond pricing, trade execution, and risk — drawing on your day-to-day market experience to ensure outputs reflect institutional realism.

Position: Fixed Income Trading Expert

Type: Flexible, project-based

Compensation: $150–$180/hour

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to bond pricing, yield curves, and spread analysis
  • Design realistic trading scenarios and edge cases grounded in real-world market behavior
  • Review model reasoning on trade structuring, execution decisions, and risk management
  • Provide detailed, experience-based feedback on accuracy, market intuition, and institutional realism
  • Annotate datasets and create high-quality training examples for financial AI systems
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine model performance on trading workflows
  • Document financial reasoning and decision-making clearly

Requirements

  • 3–10+ years in fixed income trading, sales & trading, or portfolio management
  • Day-to-day experience executing fixed income trades
  • Professional Bloomberg Terminal experience
  • Strong understanding of fixed income markets, pricing, and financial data
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to provide candid, experience-based feedback on trading tools

Preferred

  • Experience with quant tools (Python, Excel modeling)
  • Interest in AI/ML applications in finance
