Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized service plans that align with each person’s strengths, preferences, and needs.
  • Develop weekly activity schedule
  • Manage program operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their safety and independence.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct assessments related to behavioral health and social skills, designing interventions that encourage positive outcomes.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet program goals.
  • Supervise staff members by providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-quality support team.
Experience
  • Proven management experience in program development or service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective programs that enhance social skills, behavioral health, and community integration.
  • Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings such as residential or community-based programs.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage clients’ families, team members, and community stakeholders effectively.
  • Administrative experience including documentation, record keeping, budgeting, and compliance reporting.
  • Supervisory experience leading teams of support staff or social workers in behavioral health or social service environments.
  • Knowledge of best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and person-centered planning methodologies. Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
