escalate high‑risk proposals to management as needed</p></li><li><p>Prepare for and manage high‑volume proposal cycles; advise PIs on anticipated changes in submission volume and sponsor requirements</p></li><li><p>Assist with proposal development by reviewing sponsor and institutional guidelines, required forms, certifications, and timelines;
