This role owns the mechanics of the IT governance process — intake management, tracker maintenance, report production, automation workflows, and data hygiene — so that the strategic PPMO staff (Program Managers, Product Managers, Technical Project Managers) can focus on facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination.
