This can be a remote opportunity. This position will support the procurement of material and equipment for various programs. They will work with engineers, program managers, and suppliers to ensure delivery requirements are being met. The Procurement Analyst role will be an integral team member supporting various programs.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></u></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Execute the procurement of materials, equipment and services including price, availability, and delivery schedule.</li> <li>Review requests for completeness and clarity, obtain missing information and provide timely response to purchase requests.</li> <li>Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQ’s), source selections, and analyze results.</li> <li>Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.</li> <li>Perform price analyses using a variety of FAR approved techniques.</li> <li>Manage supplier relationships and performance issues related to on time delivery and quality.</li> <li>Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic purchasing records and data documenting performance and compliance.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>What you need to have:</b></u></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.</li> <li>Experience working with U.S. government contracts, including FAR/DFAR regulations including CPSR requirements.</li> <li>Ability to: <ul> <li>Work both in a team and individually.</li> <li>Multi-task and work well under pressure.</li> <li>Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.</li> <li>Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Bonus points for:</b></u></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Active DoD Secret Clearance.</li> <li>Prior Costpoint experience a plus.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><br>The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
