As we evolve toward a <b>paid membership model</b>, we are seeking a <b>Principal Product Manager</b> to define and lead a <b>step-change in our Loyalty, Membership, and Credit strategy, roadmap, and execution model</b>.</p><p></p><p>This role goes beyond incremental optimization. You will <b>reimagine the future of Loyalty and Membership</b>, shaping a differentiated value proposition, unlocking new revenue streams, and ensuring seamless integration across our digital ecosystem.</p><p></p><p>You will lead <b>end-to-end product strategy and discovery</b> for highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives—working across product, engineering, data, marketing, and external partners to deliver a cohesive and high-impact roadmap.</p><p><br><b>What You’ll Own</b></p><p><b>1. Step-Change Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Define and drive a <b>bold, future-oriented Loyalty & Membership strategy</b> (including paid membership)</li><li>Move beyond incremental improvements to deliver <b>step-change innovation</b> in customer value and business impact</li><li>Build and continuously evolve a <b>multi-horizon roadmap (Now / Next / Future)</b> aligned to enterprise strategy</li><li>Clearly articulate tradeoffs, investment rationale, and long-term value to executive leadership</li><li>Ensure roadmap reflects <b>enterprise dependencies and cross-product integration points</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>2. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
