<p><b><u>Principal Product Manager, Agents for Good</u></b></p><p></p><p>Blackbaud is looking for an experienced product manager to launch and scale our brand-new agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the energy and creativity of a startup inside an established public company focused on supporting the organizations, institutions, and corporations that drive social impact. </p><p>In this role, you will join Blackbaud’s Agentic AI team and be responsible for taking our first agentic product to market, building a short- to medium-term roadmap for improvement, and leading the development and launch of future agentic products. You’ll drive execution, own the roadmap, and obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation. </p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p>As Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI, you will lead the launch of 0-to-1 agentic products, shape the roadmap for future agentic offerings, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. You’ll obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation, and collaborate closely with Go to Market (GTM) and Sales teams to ensure alignment and readiness. </p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><ul><li>Drive the development and launch of Blackbaud agentic AI products from concept to market readiness. </li><li>Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business objectives. </li><li>Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value. </li><li>Partner with engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders to execute product strategy and deliver high-impact solutions. </li><li>Work closely with GTM and Sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and readiness align with customer needs and business goals. </li><li>Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, inspiring teams with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment. </li><li>Own multiple product initiatives, guiding teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight.
