Vigilance Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) who will serve as the front-line voice for patients and a vital support for our care coordination team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer high-volume incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Route calls to the right team or take detailed, accurate messages.
- Manage data entry, patient scheduling, mailings, and patient enrollments.
- Validate patient eligibility and scrub data using EHR systems and spreadsheets.
- Support internal teams by entering appointment and patient details in the EHR.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold strict patient confidentiality.
- Track and report daily performance metrics such as patient verifications, follow-up completions, and call outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams to support care coordination efforts and resolve issues quickly.
Success in This Role Means
- 95%+ of calls answered within three rings.
- Call handling time averages 2 minutes or less.
- 100+ patients verified daily with high accuracy.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1+ year in healthcare customer service or call center.
