Part-Time Bookkeeper – QuickBooks | Construction & Real Estate Experience

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our construction and real estate business on a part-time basis (4 hours per week). The ideal candidate has strong experience with QuickBooks, understands construction and real estate accounting, and is proficient in using Dropbox or Google Drive for document management. Need to be organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction and/or real estate

Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Knowledge of job costing, project tracking, and construction accounting

Experience with real estate financial transactions and reporting

Proficiency with Dropbox and/or Google Drive

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
