We’re hiring a Paid Growth Lead to help us fulfill our mission. This is a full-time, remote-first position.

High Level

Reporting to the Group Director of Paid Growth. We’re looking for a talented Paid Growth Lead to be responsible for owning the strategy and execution for your client’s paid growth programs. We take a “soft-eyes” view of what ‘paid growth’ includes.

You won’t just be cruising the ad platforms - you’ll manage visuals, provide CRO recommendations, and think strategically about your clients’ CAC to LTV. This is a full-time, remote-first position, best suited to someone with experience managing 5- and 6-figure monthly budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership : You take full ownership of client outcomes and develop data-driven paid media strategies with Director consultation. You ensure clients are using the optimal mix of digital marketing channels while serving as the primary point of contact for senior-level stakeholders: founders, executives, and marketers.
  • Campaign Management : You are proficient in paid platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. You stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry trends to inform your strategies. You can navigate platforms to troubleshoot, optimize, and execute campaigns effectively.
  • AI Leverage: You use AI tools to supercharge the quality of your work and increase your individual impact by accelerating campaign research, creative testing, and performance analysis, while maintaining strategic oversight and client-specific judgment. You’re proficient in knowing when to trust the machine and when to override it.
  • Project Ownership : You oversee the project management of your paid campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You balance hands-on work with effective delegation. You connect the day-to-day work to the strategic plan for the account, ensuring we’re making consistent progress towards our client’s goals.
  • Client Ownership : You take full ownership of the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact for senior-level stakeholders. You learn your clients’ businesses deeply and demonstrate that you care deeply about their success.

Qualifications The right person has 3-6 years’ experience or equivalent skills in the following:
  • Campaign Strategy (planning budgets, determining platform, targets, etc)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Analytics
  • Campaign Optimization Best Practices
  • CRO Analysis
  • Copywriting
  • Social ad creative strategy and briefing
  • Client-ready communications
  • Project and client management experience
Bonus points:
  • Experience working with Hubspot
  • Experience working in Notion
  • Experience working with Claude
  • eCommerce/tech/education experience
  • Experience working with creatives and content calendars (e.g. photographer, videographer)
  • Other advertising networks (TikTok, LinkedIn, content affiliates, Snap, etc)
  • Email marketing experience
