<p><strong>Job Description – Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (SCM) Consultant</strong></p><p>The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (SCM) Consultant is responsible for <strong>implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions</strong> to meet business requirements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, implement, and support <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules</strong>, including Order Management, Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management</li><li>Provide <strong>L2/L3 application support</strong> in an AMS environment, including incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and change management.</li><li>Collaborate with business users to understand supply chain processes and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.</li><li>Support <strong>Oracle quarterly updates</strong>, including impact assessment, regression testing, and remediation.</li><li>Manage and execute <strong>functional testing (SIT/UAT)</strong> and support go‑live and hypercare activities.</li><li>Work with integration teams to support <strong>end‑to‑end SCM integrations</strong> with Finance, EPM, and external systems.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend <strong>automation or best‑practice enhancements</strong> within Oracle SCM.</li><li>Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks.</li><li>Ensure adherence to <strong>SLA, KPI, and governance standards</strong> in support engagements.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands‑on experience with <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM</strong>.</li><li>7+ years of Functional expertise in SCM areas: Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Order Management</li><li>10 + Years of working experience in <strong>implementation and/or managed services (AMS)</strong> environments.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>supply chain business processes</strong> and Oracle best practices.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting <strong>global Oracle Cloud SCM deployments</strong>.</li><li>Exposure to <strong>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</strong> and cross‑module integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile or hybrid delivery models</strong>.</li><li>Oracle Cloud SCM certification.</li></ul><p></p>
