Your primary role will be to inform and engage candidates about available job roles, helping them understand the opportunities and encouraging their interest.</span></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong>1. Maintain our exceptional 90% interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.<br>2. Tackle scheduling conflicts head-on by collaborating effectively with candidates and interviewers.<br>3. Ensure all candidates are well-prepared and informed about the companies and jobs they're applying for.<br>4. Work with our agile scheduling team to coordinate interviews seamlessly, making sure both clients and candidates have a smooth experience.<br>5.
