Operations Advisor - AL, LA, MS, FL

Pizza Hut is seeking a passionate, field-focused Operations Advisor to support restaurant excellence across a defined region.

This role is designed for a strong operator who thrives in restaurants and enjoys coaching leaders to elevate execution, team performance, and guest experience. As an Operations Advisor, you’ll act as a hands-on partner to franchisees and restaurant leadership teams — helping translate brand standards into practical, in-restaurant action.

  • *Key Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with franchisees and restaurant leaders to strengthen in-restaurant execution and performance
  • Provide hands-on coaching inside restaurants focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team effectiveness
  • Help identify performance opportunities and collaborate on clear, actionable improvement plans
  • Support rollout of new initiatives by building buy-in and assisting with on-the-ground implementation
  • Lead or support workshops and training sessions to build capability at the restaurant level
  • Reinforce Pizza Hut brand standards and share best practices across the region
  • Work closely with Franchise Operations Partners (FOPs) to align operational support with broader business priorities
  • Travel is approximately 70% within the assigned region, offering significant exposure to diverse restaurant environments and leadership teams.
  • *Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or food & beverage environments (High-performing General Managers and Area Leaders are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong understanding of 4-wall restaurant day-to-day operations and what drives guest experience and profitability
  • Experience leading and developing restaurant teams
  • Ability to coach and influence through relationship-building and credibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, action-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working in the field and adapting to different restaurant environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must reside within the supported market (Gulf Central Region: Baton Rouge, LA/New Orleans, LA/Mobile, Alabama/Pensacola, FL)
