Offshore Production Coordinator

<h2>Overview</h2> <p>TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of Fidelity National Financial (FNF), is seeking a Offshore Production Coordinator to join our team. In this fulltime role, Responsibilities and priorities include the daily management, support, and resolution of questions that arise within the functions of pre-search, search, typing, examination and review of title search reports. Role will work closely with management and underwriting to address items that arise during the lifecycle of a file including post completion matters related to title search reports completed by offshore partners. This is a remote position and the applicant must be US based. <strong>Work visa sponsorship will not be considered.</strong></p> <h2>Duties</h2> <p>• Provide post training support and clarification and monitor offshore departments after training to ensure processes are functioning effectively.• Coordinate with the national offshore training coordinator, offshore teams and customer service to address customer service issues related to the search process and post completion.• Perform quality oversight by conducting periodic audits of completed offshore files, monitoring error trends and providing guidance to resolve and reduce errors.• Engage the national offshore training coordinator to identify and resolve process gaps that contribute to recurring issues.• Manage offshore operational workflow by tracking aging files, closely monitoring rush files to minimize delays.• Partner with the national offshore training coordinator to identify, implement and present training initiatives, including new processes, training materials and guides for regional and state manager approval.• Work with customer service to clearly respond to client inquiries and manage rush requests and file corrections, as needed.• Other duties as assigned.</p> <h2>Education</h2> <p>2+ years of customer service and general knowledge of the Title Industry.</p> <h2>Experience</h2> <p>• Strong problem solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and professional sensitivity.• Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft.• applications and other standard software required to perform job duties.• Clear knowledge and understanding of production platforms and queue management.• Technical writing skills are a plus.• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to pivot in fast paced environment.</p>
