Meta Ads Expert for Pay Per Call (Ringba Experience Required)

I'm looking for someone with real experience managing Meta pay-per-call campaigns, preferably using Ringba (or similar call-tracking platforms).

This is not a new campaign setup. I need an expert to diagnose an existing campaign.

My situation:

Meta pay-per-call campaign for Pest Control.

Campaign improved steadily for 3 weeks, then performance suddenly collapsed around June 27.

I later tested additional ads and duplicated the campaign, but performance has never recovered.

Meta is still spending the budget, but calls and paid conversions remain very low.
