The Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving the merchandising strategy for our Digital Marketplace accounts, including assortment execution and financial performance. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Product, and Marketing to deliver growth across our Marketplace businesses.<br><br><strong><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Build and tailor account-specific product assortments for Marketplace and Etail accounts using data, customer insights and global merchandising plans that drive revenue and margin. </li><li> Support seasonal launches and bring new products to market in line with brand objectives. </li><li> Align product offerings with consumer needs, regional strategies, and distribution channels. </li><li> Collaborate with Sales, Product, Global Merchandising, Planning and Marketing teams to tell compelling product stories and improve channel performance. </li><li> Supervise product performance and lead lifecycles to optimize sales across digital channels. </li><li> Monitor consumer insights, market trends and account feedback into localized assortment decisions and GTM strategies </li><li> Present assortments to key accounts and support custom requests while staying aligned with overall strategy. </li><li> Contribute to various merchandising initiatives and travel as needed for presentations and account meetings. </li><li> Onboard new Marketplace accounts with segmented assortments. <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>What You'll Bring to the Table<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or related field. </li><li> At least 5+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Planning (footwear experience is a plus). </li><li> Experience working in Digital Marketplaces a plus (Amazon, Walmart, etc) </li><li> Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate marketplace insights into action. </li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting performance updates and recommendations to leadership. </li><li> Solid understanding of the footwear market in the Americas, fashion trends, consumer markets and the competitive landscape. </li><li> Proven success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. </li><li> High-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint). <br><br></li></ul>The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
