Material Handler - Level 4

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to production schedules and customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management for resolution.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to support seamless material flow.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in material handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment, demonstrating knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills to maintain accurate records and support supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet production schedules.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in material handling and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments.
