<p>About the job</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Virtual Marketing</p> <p>Assistant to help grow our patient community and support our health and wellness programs. This role combines social media content creation, email marketing, and CRM management to help execute high- impact campaigns for services like Weight Loss, Lifestyle Medicine, and Direct Primary Care (DPC).</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their time efficiently, and communicating effectively in a remote-first environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Marketing &amp; Content Creation</p> <p>Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn<br /> Design reels, flyers, graphics, and promotional materials (Canva or similar)<br /> Write clear, engaging captions and short marketing copy<br /> Organize and repurpose content from patient education, webinars, and testimonials<br /> Draft and send weekly newsletters and special offers</p> <p>CRM Management &amp; Email Automation</p> <p>Manage and update client database in Dubs ado or Practice Better (or similar CRM)<br /> Set up and monitor email sequences: welcome emails, nurture flows, appointment reminders<br /> Tag and segment contacts for targeted messaging and automation<br /> Track lead status and campaign performance through CRM dashboards</p> <p>Campaign Support</p> <p>Coordinate promotion of workshops, webinars, and group programs<br /> Track lead generation, referrals, and conversions<br /> Support execution of referral programs and local event marketing</p> <p>Marketing Admin Support</p> <p>Manage online listings (Google Business, Yelp, etc.)<br /> Upload content to website (blog posts, service updates)<br /> Maintain a marketing calendar and track deliverables<br /> Maintain patient testimonial database for future campaigns</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>Social Media Management (IG, FB, LinkedIn, X)<br /> Canva (or similar graphic design tool)<br /> CRM software (Dubsado, Practice Better, or equivalent)<br /> Email marketing platforms (Mailerlite, ConvertKit, MailChimp, Constant Connect or CRM-native tools)<br /> Strong written communication<br /> Attention to detail &amp; self-organization</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Prior experience in healthcare, coaching, or wellness industries<br /> Familiarity with simple video editing (for reels/testimonials)<br /> Basic analytics understanding (clicks, opens, conversion rates)<br /> Comfortable using Slack and project tools like ClickUp or Notion</p> <p>Working Expectations</p> <p>Dedicated part-time availability (10–15 hrs/week)<br /> No cross-tasking between other clients during core hours<br /> Excellent English proficiency<br /> Strong personal accountability and response time<br /> Willingness to learn U-First&#8217;s mission and values</p> <p>Detailed Software &amp; Tools (Preferred):</p> <p>Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)<br /> Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform<br /> WordPress (or other CMS platforms)<br /> Social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)<br /> Canva (graphic creation)<br /> Dropbox or Google Drive (file organization)</p>
