The ideal candidate brings strong Azure storage expertise, operational discipline, and a customer‑first mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.<br><br>This is a fully remote role requiring a dedicated, distraction‑free home office and active participation in video meetings. clusters in Microsoft Azure</p></li><li><p>Administer Azure Storage services, including Azure Files, Blob Storage, and Managed Disks</p></li><li><p>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage performance, capacity, and availability issues</p></li><li><p>Optimize storage environments for performance, resiliency, security, and cost efficiency</p></li><li><p>Lead and contribute to managed services projects and service improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Engage directly with customers through meetings, incidents, change requests, and project delivery</p></li><li><p>Develop, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for storage operations</p></li><li><p>Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics</p></li><li><p>Support
