About This Role We are looking for an experienced real estate attorney to join our dynamic, friendly, and innovative Real Estate Legal team. This position will work closely with functional teams across the organization, including Land, Development, Construction, Operations, and Environmental/Permitting. This role is critical to supporting Intersect’s growing clean energy and data center development portfolio. The successful candidate will manage and lead real estate legal support for development projects across multiple stages, partnering closely with commercial teams and outside counsel to help advance projects efficiently while thoughtfully evaluating and managing legal risk. Our Real Estate Legal team operates in a lean, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is commercially oriented, able to manage a high volume of projects, and comfortable working cross-functionally to solve problems and move transactions forward.
