You own the Project Management function — building a high-performing team that delivers work on time, at quality, and with clear accountability. You are a <strong>builder of people, standards</strong> and the systems they work in.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead PM Team Performance & Development:</strong> Hire, train, and manage a team of Project Managers and Senior PMs. Run regular performance reviews with clear expectations and KPIs. Quickly identify strong vs. weak performers, coach talent, and take action when needed. Build a strong, accountable PM team where ownership is the standard.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own Delivery Execution & Accountability:</strong> Ensure every account has a clearly accountable PM with defined timelines and ownership. Hold PMs accountable for on-time delivery, proactive communication, and timely escalation. Step in when delivery is at risk and ensure PMs own outcomes, not just coordinate tasks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build & Refine PM Systems:</strong> Create and optimize PM systems using ClickUp, Notion, and Airtable (workflows, KPI dashboards, tracking). Ensure systems drive accountability and clarity across tasks, timelines, and ownership—not just documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage Resource Planning & Team Capacity:</strong> Own PM team capacity across all accounts. Ensure proper allocation of time, talent, and seniority. Anticipate hiring needs based on pipeline growth and workload demands.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive Escalation Identification & Coordination:</strong> Ensure delivery risks are surfaced early and consistently. Maintain clear visibility on at-risk accounts, active issues, and breakdown patterns. Ensure escalations are well-documented, structured with context, and routed effectively to the Head of Client Services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop PM Training & Standards:</strong> Build onboarding and training programs for PMs. Define what "being a great PM" looks like at inBeat. Level up the team's ability to own projects, communicate clearly, and drive results.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Enable Cross-Functional Alignment:</strong> Partner closely with Head of Client Services (escalations + feedback loops), Account Management (handoffs and expectations), Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy, Paid Media, and Ops teams to ensure seamless execution and no gaps in ownership.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Proven PM Team Leadership:</strong> You've successfully managed a PM team and know how to identify talent, coach performance, and make tough decisions quickly. You know how to structure workflows, anticipate risks, and ensure PMs own outcomes rather than just coordinate tasks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Systems Builder with Execution Focus:</strong> You've built or refined PM systems (tools, workflows, dashboards) that drive real accountability and clarity—not just documentation.
