Kerkohet Specialist i Vlerësimit të Pasurive Full time ose Part time Përgjegjësite kryesore përfshijnë: • Kryen inspektimin e prones dhe kerkon te dhena krahasuese. • Pergatit raportin e vleresimit sipas formatit standart te kompanise, duke percaktuar edhe vleren e tregut. • Mbledh te dhena mbi transaksionet qe percaktojne vleren e pasurive te paluajtshme. • Dokumenton dhe ruan ne database vleresimet qe kryen. • Kryen detyra të tjera që mund t’i ngarkohen nga drejtuesit kohë pas kohe. Kualifikimet/Eksperienca e kërkuar/Aftesi: • Duhet te ketë përfunduar studimet pasuniversitare për Vlerësues të pasurive te paluajtëshme • Perben avantazh por nuk eshte kusht nëse ka të pakten 1 vit pune në sektorin e vlerësimeve të pasurive.
