The ideal candidate has an interest in learning and communications and wants to gain experience designing and deploying content for a sales or retail organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Duties/ Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the design and execution of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency</li> <li>Design and deploy training programs and skills assessment to enable customer-facing teams</li> <li>Create systems training to build efficient practices for the sales teams</li> <li>Operationalize a knowledge base for sales teams to find information they need in real time</li> <li>Assist sales operations teams with collection and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guides</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of training principles and adult education theory</li> <li>Experience using training content development programs, Learning Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems</li> <li>Interest in sales enablement, customer engagement, and retail </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.</p> <p>The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts.
