About The Role: The mission of the Falcon Intel Recon Analyst is to directly support cyber threat customers and to ensure our customers realize the full value of the Intelligence product they have purchased from CrowdStrike; ultimately maximizing customer success and renewals. Analysts are responsible for working with multiple customers to manage the customer's Falcon Intel Recon module. Ideal candidates possess working knowledge of dark web intelligence and threat intelligence, complemented by customer engagement skills across technical and executive levels. The role requires understanding and addressing customer needs at all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to security analysts. This role requires PST working hours.
