Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.</p><p>This sub family is responsible for providing on-site consultation oversight and integration support of existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives for all sites within area of responsibility. Advises on technical requirements for products and services, support equipment and electronic equipment installations. Provides guidance for the handling, installation and utilization of various systems and equipment. Duties also may include assisting in the development and ensuring adherence to area-wide procedural/policy changes.</p><p>Who do we need?</p><p>IMPACT: Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area. Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level technical staff.</p><p>COMPLEXITY: Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution. Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.</p><p>COMMUNICATION: Communicates with internal and client project team members. Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.</p><p>LEADERSHIP & TALENT MANAGEMENT: KNOWLEDGE: Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of technical domain and has broad understanding of other related specialty areas.</p><p>TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires BS and 4 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 6 years of prior relevant experience.</p><p>WHAT SETS YOU APART:</p><ul><li><p>Design build, test and ongoing management of SCCM infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Design build, test and ongoing management of a VDI solution using VMWare</p></li><li><p>Deployment and support experience with Dell server hardware</p></li><li><p>Management and troubleshooting of storage technologies including Dell and NetApp</p></li><li><p>Management and troubleshooting of Active Directory within an on premise environment</p></li><li><p>Development of a customer desktop build with a number of bespoke/legacy applications</p></li><li><p>Packaging of applications</p></li><li><p>Excellent communications skills, organisational skills and independent and autonomous working</p></li><li><p>Experience in ITIL ICT service delivery on critical infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Experience of working under pressure to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Experiencing in patch management including analysis and deployment</p></li><li><p>Understanding of the importance of stakeholder management and organisational acumen.</p></li><li><p>Provide up to date and accurate reporting to programme and customer</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies, skillsets and to learn quickly.</p></li><li><p>Worked in a business or safety critical environment previously</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of end to end engineering processes</p></li><li><p>Excellent communications skills, organisational skills and independent and autonomousworking </p></li></ul><p>YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: </p><ul><li><p>Design, build, test and ongoing management of O365 (Exchange, Teams)</p></li><li><p>Management and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange (on premise)</p></li><li><p>Design, build, test and ongoing management of Ivanti infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Design build, test and ongoing management of MDT infrastructure</p></li></ul><p>Clearance Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Clearance to Start DV</p></li><li><p>Clearance for Role DV</p></li></ul><p>Are you ready to make an impact?
