This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who has <strong>direct experience running paid ads for HVAC or similar service-based industries</strong> and understands how to drive calls, booked jobs, and revenue—not just clicks.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role focuses heavily on <strong>Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA)</strong>, with additional exposure to Meta Ads and upper-funnel channels. Candidates without real HVAC or home-services paid media experience will not be considered.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for <strong>HVAC and home-services clients</strong> across Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Display, Video, Remarketing)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own Google Local Services Ads (LSA) setup, optimization, and ongoing performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimize campaigns for <strong>call volume, lead quality, CPA, and booked jobs</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement and troubleshoot conversion and call tracking using GA4, Google Ads, and lead-tracking platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply automated bidding strategies aligned to service-based lead generation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze performance trends and identify scaling or efficiency opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate messaging, targeting inputs, and performance feedback with internal teams and external vendors</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Document optimization workflows and best practices for repeatable execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay current on Google Ads, LSA updates, and local advertising best practices</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Direct, hands-on experience running paid ads for HVAC or home-services businesses</strong> (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience with Google Ads for local lead generation (Search, PMAX, Remarketing)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working in an Agency environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of GA4, call tracking, and attribution fundamentals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior professional remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>This role is specifically for candidates with HVAC or home-services paid media experience. Generic SaaS or ecommerce backgrounds are not sufficient.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing Meta Ads for local lead generation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with WhatConverts, CallRail, or similar lead-tracking platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coordinating with Programmatic or CTV partners</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to AI-driven automation and reporting tools</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3>Tools & Technology</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Meta Ads Manager</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Analytics 4 (GA4)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and call tracking platforms (WhatConverts, CallRail, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reporting dashboards (Looker Studio or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3>Please NOTE</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
