This role partners closely with People & Culture stakeholders to deliver reliable day-to-day system operations while driving continuous improvement and adoption of Oracle capabilities across the employee lifecycle.<br/><br/>The Senior Associate translates business needs into scalable Oracle solutions, supports quarterly releases and enhancements, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for employees and managers.
