This role is responsible for overseeing HR strategy, technical recruiting, workforce monitoring, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics.</p><p>The <u><strong>ideal candidate</strong></u> is a strategic and detail-oriented HR leader who is comfortable balancing high-level people strategy with hands-on execution.
