<h2>Job Description</h2><div><div><p>We are seeking HGV Drivers to support with refuse collections for our client in Longcliffe.</p><p><b>HGV Driver (Refuse/Bulky Waste)</b></p><p><b>£15.74 per hour (PAYE)</b></p><p><b>Temporary on-going</b></p><p><b>Induction to be arranged for suitable candidates</b></p><p><b>Role Responsibilities:</b></p><p>- Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job.</p><p>- Undertake all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal.</p><p>- Use in-cab technology and mobile devices as directed</p><p>- Complete relevant paperwork in real time.</p><p>- Carry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after use</p><p>- Ensure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles.</p><p>- Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public and other motor users.</p><p><b>Working Hours:</b></p><p>6am to 3.00pm, Monday - Friday</p><p><b>What you'll need to succeed:</b></p><p>- Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence (with no more than 6 points)</p><p>- Driver CPC</p><p>- Willingness to help refuse loaders while on your rounds to enable your team to complete the route within the service level agreement</p><p>- Good communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Clean drivers licence desirable for all staff</p><p>If interested, please apply online today!</p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p><br /><p>JBRP1_UKTJ</p></div></div> Salary: GBP 31 - 32 per hour
