We offer a range of learning and development for all employees may you be clinical or non-clinical.</p><h2>Job overview</h2><p><strong>Band 3 Healthcare Assistant (Gynaecology Outpatients - Sonning Ward)</strong></p><p>We are looking for healthcare assistant who is interested in women’s health and who is committed to delivering compassionate, high quality care.</p><p>We work Monday to Friday and we run satellite clinics at West Berkshire Community Hospital in Thatcham and also Bracknell Healthspace.</p><p>You will work alongside a compassionate and expert team, supporting women through stages of their gynaecology journey.</p><p>We will provide competency training for all clinics, a mentor and buddy. You will gain experience across a variety of specialist clinics.</p><p>Enhance your professional development in a nurturing environment.</p><p>You should be enthusiastic, empathetic and flexible and adaptable healthcare assistant to join our dynamic busy Gynaecology outpatient team.</p><p>You will also need to be hard working, with a compassionate and caring personality, enjoy working with people and want to make a difference to our patients\' journeys with us.</p><h2>Main duties of the job</h2><p>Our department offers a wide range of services and assessments for individuals with concerns related to gynaecology.
