This role involves the management of two private residences located in Victoria and Ealing, offering a structured and well-balanced daily routine.The working day will typically begin at the apartment in Victoria, a well-presented multi-level residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Approximately three hours will be spent here each morning, focusing on light daily housekeeping and preparing simple, healthy breakfast and lunch. Cooking requirements are straightforward and involve preparing fresh meals or ingredients that can be easily reheated. The second half of the day will be spent at the larger family home in Ealing, a five-bedroom house arranged over three floors. This property requires the main share of attention, where the Housekeeper will carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organised, and comfortable environment. Cooking here will be occasional and remains simple in nature.The role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, working up to eight to nine hours per day, with an early start preferred in order to allow for a structured day and free evenings. The two properties are located approximately 30 minutes apart by car, and travel expenses will be covered. A driver with their own car is highly preferred for convenience, although driving duties will remain occasional.Responsibilities will focus on classic housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, hoovering, dusting, laundry, bed making, dishwashing, and maintaining overall household organisation across both residences. Light pet care will be required for a friendly and low-maintenance cat, involving feeding and general supervision.
