FRO Logistics Transformation Manager

Role Overview<br>The Future Race Operations (FRO) Programme is a major transformation initiative aligned with Formula 1’s 2030 Net Zero ambition. Its core aim is to reduce reliance on air freight by shifting to sea and land freight, thereby cutting costs and emissions. This involves rethinking how trackside operations are structured and supported, including equipment, logistics, planning, technology and team workflows.<br>Main Duties and Responsibilities<br>Hands‑on project management of multiple concurrent projects in support of the broader FRO Programme, regularly reporting progress to the Head of FRO Transformation and programme leadership as required<br>Lead the planning, execution and delivery of key FRO projects to ensure they are completed within scope, budget and timeline constraints<br>Work closely with programme sponsor and cross‑functiona teams to develop the scope, deliverables, resourcing, work plan and budget for FRO initiatives<br>Deliver projects in line with FRO governance process ensuring complete alignment across critical F1 stakeholders<br>Support the identification and implementation of broader transformation opportunities to ensure the successful delivery of the FRO Programme into BAU<br>Track transformation progress through KPIs and deliver insights for continuous improvement, managing issues and risks with clear mitigation plans, following an escalation process where needed<br>What Are We Looking For?<br>Personal Qualities<br>Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage key workstreams and smaller strategic projects<br>Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, friendly, constructive attitude and willingness to learn<br>Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and unpredictable environment, maintaining composure under pressure<br>Ability to create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate solutions and proposals to senior management<br>Manages changing priorities and evolving business needs, adjusting plans and behaviours as needed<br>Qualifications<br>You will need to have a current UK driving license in this role.
