Our headquarters is located in Amsterdam.</p> <p>About this freelance role</p> <p>We are seeking for Project Managers to oversee and optimize our mass hiring initiatives. In this role, you will take full ownership of managing 10 active recruitment vacancies, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results. You will analyze acquisition funnels, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.</p> <p>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrates systematic thinking, and proactively drives projects to success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Delivery, Support and Marketing teams, to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
