Founding Enterprise SDR

About Us
At Sully.ai, We’re Building the Most Impactful Healthcare Company on Earth

We believe that access to a great doctor is a basic human right. Today, that’s not a reality. Delays, misdiagnoses, administrative chaos, and burnout plague the system.

Our Mission
One Human, One Doctor.
We enable our customers to staff 30% of their workforce with AI by creating a shared agent architecture for scale and efficiency. All powered by our own patented, world-class models and deployed in real-world care.

About the Role

  • This is not a “learn the ropes” SDR job. This is a production role.

  • You will generate pipeline into healthcare organizations that move slowly, screen aggressively, and reject generic outreach. Success depends on preparation, call execution, and discipline.

  • You will also build the outbound machine that future SDRs inherit.

  • We sell to healthcare operators and clinical leaders. Credibility, sharp messaging, and strong phone presence matter more than volume alone.

  • There is a clear path to SDR Manager while still carrying quota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline: hit and exceed qualified meeting and pipeline targets.

  • Phone first execution: 100 dials per day, three focused call blocks, targeted emails, daily enterprise account research, and strict CRM hygiene.

  • Qualify hard: open with relevance in under 20 seconds, tie Sully to real operational pain, qualify tightly, disqualify quickly.

  • Own your funnel math: know your conversion rates across every stage and improve at least one metric monthly.

  • Build the machine: refine healthcare talk tracks, strengthen objection handling around compliance and EMR integration, identify buying triggers, and document standards for scale.

  • Operate like an owner: if metrics slip, adjust within 48 hours.

Hard Requirements

  • 1 year of SDR experience with a high growth startup (B2B sales; ideally AI)

  • Proven track record as a top performer (clear evidence: quota, rankings, awards, consistent wins).

  • Elite presentation + persuasion skills — you can explain complex value simply and move decision-makers.

  • You can work smart, long, and hard (not two of the three).

  • You move fast, learn fast, and take extreme ownership.

Key Results (First 90 Days)

  • Master Sully's product and core workflows across real clinical settings.

  • At full activity output with consistent qualified healthcare meetings weekly.

  • Generate meaningful qualified pipeline for AEs with a clear path to revenue.

  • Clear funnel math and measurable improvement in at least one core metric.

  • Ship at least one improvement to how we prospect across messaging, targeting, sequencing, or tooling.
