Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED equivalent - 5 years or more healthcare customer service experience Preferred Qualifications - Associates degree - 5 years or more healthcare customer service, patient financial services, financial counseling, or medical billing. - 5 years or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits (EOB). - 5 years or more experience assisting patients with financial assistance, charity care, Medicaid, or other healthcare assistance programs. - 3 months or more with Xifin billing systems. - 3 months or more with Salesforce CRM. - 5 years or more in genetics, women's health, and oncology specialty testing billing, including supporting patients through clinically complex and financially sensitive testing processes. - Bilingual English/Spanish capability.
