Field Marketing Event Manager

Client: The client is a global marketing and sales operations consultancy supporting enterprise technology and SaaS organizations with scalable go-to-market execution, event operations, and demand generation programs. As part of a broader recruiting initiative supporting an enterprise-level end client, the team is hiring a Field Marketing Event Manager to support Account Based Marketing (ABM) and vertical marketing initiatives across North America. This role is focused on the end-to-end coordination and operational execution of field events and experiential marketing programs designed to drive pipeline growth, engagement, and premium brand experiences.

The position requires close collaboration across marketing, sales, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and experienced in managing complex event logistics, attendee experiences, and cross-functional coordination within fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environments.

Compensation: $93,000 + Benefits Objectives:

Support the planning and execution of field marketing and ABM-aligned event programs across the US and Canada

Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendors, venues, production, attendee communications, and on-site coordination

Coordinate registration workflows, run-of-show management, and attendee experience execution for virtual and in-person events

Track event KPIs including attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and lead capture performance

Manage event budgets, vendor reconciliation, expense tracking, and post-event reporting processes

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery and alignment to business goals Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, experiential marketing, or campaign operations within B2B SaaS or technology organizations

Strong experience managing end-to-end event logistics and multiple concurrent marketing programs

Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Experience coordinating vendors, attendee communications, and on-site event execution

Familiarity with CRM, event registration, and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce and Pardot

Experience supporting ABM or enterprise field marketing initiatives preferred

Strong understanding of event reporting, pipeline attribution, and engagement metrics

US or Canada-based candidates only, with ability to travel regionally as needed
