<h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">LangChain is looking for a <strong>Field Marketing Manager</strong> to help us turn real-world experiences into pipeline and community growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll own the execution of high-impact events—from major AI conferences and developer meetups to executive dinners and technical workshops. Your job is to make sure LangChain shows up in the right places, creates meaningful experiences for developers and enterprise buyers, and converts that momentum into pipeline.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role sits at the center of <strong>Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations</strong>. You’ll partner closely with sales to drive regional pipeline and help us engage the rapidly growing ecosystem around LangChain.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for someone who loves running events, thrives in fast-moving environments, and cares deeply about creating authentic experiences for technical audiences.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Run High-Impact Events</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships. Own everything from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution to post-event strategy.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive Pipeline Through Field Programs</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline. Set goals for meetings, leads, and opportunities—and ensure strong follow-up after every event.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Partner Closely with Sales</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs to engage priority accounts. Develop account based marketing plan with sales for the high priority accounts.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Identify the Right Opportunities</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evaluate 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up and how we can stand out.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own Event Operations</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech.
