<p>Description</p><p><strong>Income Development Manager</strong></p><p>Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking an experienced Income Development Manager for the southeast territory. This position will work directly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to achieve F&I (Finance and Insurance) product sales objectives for Stellantis’ Mopar Vehicle Protection division. As a member of our team, you will drive revenue growth in the assigned territory through face-to-face training and sales in assigned dealerships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Helm benefits:</strong></p><p>Affordable Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, company paid life insurance, generous PTO, and 10 paid holidays per year.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A qualified candidate for the Income Development Manager</strong> <strong>position will have an immediate impact on the following activities:</strong></p><ul><li>Developing Relationships with Dealership Personnel</li><li>Analysis of Dealership Operations and Sales Processes</li><li>Providing Dealership Market Analysis</li><li>Administering F&I (Finance and Insurance) Training</li></ul><p><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities of the Income Development Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a strategic approach focused on opportunity for growth</li><li>Promote the value and sale of F&I (Finance and Insurance) products; vehicle service contracts, GAP & ancillaries.</li><li>Motivate independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance</li><li>Partner with dealership decision makers on mutually beneficial action plans and provide solutions utilizing our products and services</li><li>Implement plans to increase dealership profitability and product sales penetrations</li><li>Provide ongoing training and account development on products and processes within assigned dealerships.</li><li>Provide market analysis and feedback allowing the dealership to stay ahead of any changing market conditions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Education and Experience of the Income Development Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required</li><li>Five (5) years of Automotive Industry F&I (Finance and Insurance) retail</li><li>Outside sales</li><li>Account development</li><li>Analyze trends, metrics and formulate business plans</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBi and Dealership DMS & menu systems</li><li>Overnight travel as required for business needs</li></ul><p><br></p>
