Executive Assistant (3-Month FTC)
Location: London / UK (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

 

A leading global organisation within the digital entertainment and technology space is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join their Talent team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, international business known for its innovation, scale, and dynamic culture.

 

The Role

Reporting into the Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level, proactive support to two Directors within the Senior Talent team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple time zones.

 

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Diary Management

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholder engagement
  • Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Provide daily and weekly schedule briefings and ensure leaders are well-prepared

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business
  • Process expenses and support procurement and invoicing activities
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders globally

Administrative & Project Support

  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Maintain and update internal systems and talent databases
  • Coordinate senior-level interview processes, liaising with candidates and search partners
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Calm under pressure with a flexible, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
