This role is ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the code while growing into people leadership. You may currently be a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead looking to take the next step into engineering management, or an experienced engineering manager! You’ll lead a small team building patient-facing experiences across React Native. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design to shape experiences end to end, contribute to architectural and technical direction, and help create a strong engineering culture centered around quality and iteration.
