<p>About the job</p> <p>We’re a fast-growing agency looking for an Email Copywriter &amp; Marketer to join our team of A-players and work with eCommerce brands.</p> <p># Information About The Role</p> <p>&#8211; This role will be on a contract basis. You’ll be paid per client you manage. The role has potential to progress into a full time role with a compensation growth package aligned with your goals.</p> <p>&#8211; We’re a results driven agency, and your success in the role will be based on the following results:</p> <p>&#8211; Hitting monthly client targets for email &amp; SMS revenue</p> <p>&#8211; Improving CTR and placed order rates</p> <p>&#8211; You will be responsible for:</p> <p>&#8211; Campaigns:</p> <p>&#8211; Planning the campaign calendar in advance and coming up with ideas for campaigns</p> <p>&#8211; Writing the copy for campaigns</p> <p>&#8211; Audience segmentation</p> <p>&#8211; Scheduling campaigns</p> <p>&#8211; Flows:</p> <p>&#8211; Planning the automated flow strategy</p> <p>&#8211; Writing the copy for flows</p> <p>&#8211; Flow set up and implementation</p> <p>&#8211; Design:</p> <p>&#8211; Directing our email designer on email designs</p> <p>&#8211; Making sure designs are conversion optimized and on-brand</p> <p>&#8211; Reporting:</p> <p>&#8211; Present email &amp; SMS performance to clients, plus any changes and plans for email and SMS moving forward</p> <p>&#8211; Analyzing data to inform decisions on campaigns, flows, audience segmentation, and more</p> <p>&#8211; List health:</p> <p>&#8211; Making sure deliverability is strong</p> <p>&#8211; Optimizing email and SMS collection forms to increase list size</p> <p>&#8211; Correct audience segmentation and list cleaning</p> <p># What Makes You a Good Fit For This Role?</p> <p>&#8211; You align with our 5 core company values:</p> <p>1.
