Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Business Insights
- Conducts program landscape research and analysis (e.g., internal/external market, customer insights, delivery/sales patterns) to identify stakeholders, define program scope, and ensure competitiveness.
- Understands overall business goals, long‑term strategy, and priority areas (e.g., AI, security, efficiency) to inform program direction.
- Identifies program risks, evaluates potential impacts, and develops mitigation plans.
Program Design & Development
- Identifies and scopes opportunities to create new programs or enhance existing ones.
- Performs root‑cause analysis to diagnose issues, define program strategy, and gather requirements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Strong passion to learn about new software, AI or security technologies (e.g. pursuit of training or certifications)
- Demonstrated ability to help colleagues or customers understand new technologies and apply them.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Operations or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 – $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 – $206,400 per year.
