This role allows for flexible Home working. <br> The salary for this role is up to £66k, depending on experience. <br><b> Whatyoullbedoing </b><ul><li> Lead and develop the ECAD drafting team, ensuring high-quality schematic, PCB, and wiring documentation. Manage workloads, maintain standards, and provide technical guidance to deliver accurate, consistent, and timely ECAD outputs that support engineering, manufacturing, and project needs </li><li> Own and improve ECAD processes, libraries, templates, and workflows. Drive standardisation, configuration control, and integration with PLM systems while implementing continuous improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and traceability across all ECAD activities </li><li> Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to support design reviews, resolve ECAD issues, and ensure designs are manufacturable.
