This role is ideal for someone <em>lead generation</em> across multiple client accounts. This role is <strong>highly analytical, technically curious, and deeply interested in </strong><em><strong>AI</strong></em><strong>, automation, and modern growth tooling</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll manage client relationships, lead strategy and execution across paid media and outbound, and continuously improve systems using data, experimentation, and emerging technologies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being both <strong>strategic and in the weeds</strong>.<br></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own client relationships, strategy, and ongoing performance discussions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate client goals into scalable paid media and <em>lead generation</em> strategies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and optimize campaigns across:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">YouTube Ads (Google Ads exposure a plus)</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee inbound and outbound <em>lead generation</em> using:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Paid media and landing pages</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apollo or similar outbound tools (<em>email</em> & LinkedIn)</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor and optimize performance based on CTR, CPL, lead quality, and funnel metrics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with creative teams on testing and iteration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage <em>AI</em> tools, automation, and new technologies to improve efficiency and results</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track, analyze, and report performance using dashboards and spreadsheets</p></li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven <strong>client-facing and </strong><em><strong>account management</strong></em> experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid understanding of inbound and outbound <em>lead generation</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High technical curiosity with active interest in <em><strong>AI</strong></em><strong>, automation, and marketing technology</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with Apollo (or similar), CRMs, <em>email</em> platforms, and GA4</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with <strong>US or UK-based companies</strong>.
