Role Summary
We are seeking a Digital Automation Impact Team – Lead to rapidly design, develop, and deploy AI‐powered business solutions that deliver measurable value across the organization. The role focuses on identifying high‐impact opportunities, building proofs of concept, and delivering production‐ready solutions using AI, automation, and modern software development technologies.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI‐powered business process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business outcomes.
- Build end‐to‐end solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop proofs of concept (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), and production‐ready solutions.
- Rapidly validate ideas and scale successful solutions into production.
- Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and conversational experiences that streamline business processes, improve decision‐making, and increase operational efficiency.
- Build reusable components, templates, accelerators, and frameworks to increase development velocity and solution scalability.
Business Process Automation & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI‐powered automation opportunities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, application development, or solution development.
- Hands‐on experience designing and delivering AI‐powered business solutions and business process automations.
- Hands‐on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Experience developing AI agents, copilots, or conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms.
- Experience developing applications, integrations, or automation solutions using modern development tools such as Visual Studio Code.
- Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or similar AI‐assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.
- Experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience delivering solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Experience integrating business solutions with enterprise platforms using APIs, web services, and connectors.
- Experience using source control, Git‐based development workflows, and modern software delivery practices.
