The Department Coordinator III will greet candidates, ensures test security and compliance and reporting, and serves as the first point of contact for customers. Welcomes candidates, maintain test security and compliance, report test results, and maintain a professional level of customer service.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Protect exam content, student data, and testing protocols from unauthorized disclosure. </li><li>Exhibit exceptional organization skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to refocus quickly after interruptions. </li><li>Observe test takers attentively to detect and prevent cheating or suspicious behavior while simultaneously answering phones and checking candidates in and out. </li><li>Professional communication by phone, email, and in person with faculty, test vendors, and testing candidates. </li><li>Provide exemplary customer service. </li><li>Manage daily operations of testing center including scheduling, proctoring and administering exams (e.g., placement tests, course exams, standardized tests.)</li><li>Remain current on test policies, procedures and proctor certifications. </li><li>Enforce testing center policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional, state and federal regulations.
